Hostel & Discipline Committee

Mandate

To ensure safe, well-maintained hostel accommodation and mess facilities, and to uphold a fair, consistently applied code of discipline across the campus and hostels.

    Maintain hostel infrastructure, hygiene and mess food quality.

  • 02

    Ensure warden coverage and biometric attendance in hostels.

  • 03

    Address disciplinary matters through a fair, documented process.

  • 04

    Coordinate with parents on attendance and welfare concerns.

Functions & Responsibilities

  • F1

    Inspect hostel blocks and mess facilities on a monthly basis.

  • F2

    Review mess menu and feedback from the Student Mess Committee.

  • F3

    Investigate disciplinary complaints and recommend action to the Principal.

  • F4

    Coordinate emergency medical or welfare response for resident students.

Meets monthly, with additional review before each semester's hostel intake.
