How the institution is organised

Authority at RISE Krishna Sai Gandhi flows from the Governing Body through the Principal, IQAC and the institution's five functional wings — Departments, Exam Section, Admin, Library and Others — down to the individual sections and cells that run day to day operations.

Reading the chart

The Governing Body sets institutional policy and is accountable to AICTE and UGC. The Principal leads academic and administrative execution, working alongside IQAC on quality assurance. Five functional wings report to the Principal: the academic Departments (ECE, CSE, DS and S&H), the Exam Section, Admin (covering Admissions, Accounts, Scholarships, Establishment and General administration), the Library, and Others (Physical Education, Maintenance, Committees, Transport and Canteen).
