Structured feedback on faculty performance is collected from students each semester through the department and consolidated by the IQAC as part of its quality-assurance cycle. Students rate each subject faculty on syllabus coverage, classroom discipline, clarity of presentation, responsiveness to questions and the usefulness of learning resources provided, using a 1 (Dissatisfaction) to 4 (Excellent) scale.
