Functions of IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of RISE Krishna Sai Gandhi Group of Institutions is constituted to achieve the following objectives:
Develop and Implement Quality Benchmarks: To establish and implement comprehensive quality benchmarks and performance indicators for all academic programs, research activities, and administrative processes.
Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS): To facilitate the development and documentation of an Internal Quality Assurance System that ensures a culture of continuous quality enhancement throughout the institution.
Accreditation Compliance: To ensure compliance with accreditation standards and criteria set by relevant accrediting bodies and work towards obtaining and maintaining accreditation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: To collect, analyze, and utilize data on academic performance, faculty quality, student feedback, and other quality parameters to inform decision-making and improvement strategies.
Quality Enhancement Initiatives: To plan and implement strategies and initiatives that enhance the quality of education, research, and administrative services, ensuring they align with industry and global best practices.
Professional Development: To organize faculty and staff development programs, workshops, and seminars, fostering continuous professional development and upgrading of skills and knowledge.
Student Support and Success: To monitor and improve student support services, ensuring that students receive guidance, counselling, and resources necessary for academic success and personal development.
Infrastructure and Learning Resources: To oversee the availability and quality of infrastructure, laboratories, libraries, and other learning resources essential for effective teaching, learning, and research in engineering disciplines.
Research and Innovation Promotion: To promote a research culture within the institution, encouraging faculty and students to engage in research activities, leading to innovative solutions and contributions to the field of engineering.
Community Engagement and Outreach: To facilitate the college's engagement with the community and industry, promoting outreach programs, internships, social initiatives, and collaborative projects that contribute to societal development and industry relevance.
Policy Formulation and Review: To contribute to the formulation and regular review of institutional policies related to academics, administration, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with changing educational requirements and best practices.
Quality Promotion and Awareness: To promote awareness about quality assurance among all stakeholders, instilling a culture of quality consciousness and commitment to excellence.
Stakeholder Feedback Integration: To gather feedback from stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, and employers, and incorporate their suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement in all aspects of the institution.
Continuous Improvement: To continually evaluate the effectiveness of quality enhancement measures, refine strategies, and make necessary adjustments to ensure sustained and enhanced quality standards.
