Grievance Redressal Committee

Mandate

To provide students, faculty and staff a transparent mechanism to raise grievances relating to academics, examinations, administration or facilities, and to ensure every grievance is heard, investigated and resolved within a defined timeframe.

    Encourage grievances to be raised and resolved without fear of victimisation.

  • 02

    Ensure timely, fair and documented resolution of every complaint received.

  • 03

    Reduce the need for grievances to escalate beyond the institution.

  • 04

    Periodically review recurring issues to recommend systemic improvements.

Functions & Responsibilities

    Receive grievances through the drop-box, institutional email and the online grievance form.

  • F2

    Acknowledge every grievance within 3 working days and resolve within 15 working days.

  • F3

    Maintain a confidential grievance register with outcome and closure notes.

  • F4

    Escalate unresolved matters to the Governing Body with a written recommendation.

Meetings & Reporting

Meets monthly and within 3 working days of any grievance being lodged; a consolidated report is placed before the Principal every semester.
