It aims to promote sustainable practices and initiatives within the campus, focusing on environmental conservation, energy efficiency, waste management, and promoting a green culture among students, faculty, and staff.
To minimize the environmental impact of the college campus by adopting sustainable practices.
To raise awareness and promote environmental consciousness among stakeholders.
To reduce energy consumption and promote the use of renewable energy sources.
To implement effective waste management practices and encourages recycling and composting.
To ensure proper water management and conservation.
To establish a green culture within the college by incorporating sustainable practices into the curriculum and extracurricular activities.
Conduct a comprehensive energy audit to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for energy conservation.
Improve insulation and optimize HVAC systems to reduce energy consumption.
Replace traditional lighting with LED lights and install motion sensors to maximize efficiency.
Encourage the use of natural lighting and ventilation wherever possible.
Install solar panels or other renewable energy sources to generate clean energy.
Implement a segregated waste management system with adequate recycling bins throughout the campus.
